If you are a last-minute booking on the day and we have availability, then we will require cash on arrival as payment for your reservation. We do not have any card facilities on site.
REFUND/CANCELLATION/POSTPONMENT POLICY:
- If you have booked and paid for your reservation and need to cancel, a refund shall be made to you, minus the administration fee if cancellation occurs up to 14 days prior to your arrival date. No refunds will be issued if your booking is within 14 days of your arrival date.
- You can postpone your reservation to another date (providing we have suitable availability) if this is requested up to 14 days before your arrival date. Your booking date cannot be changed if you are due to arrive on site within 14 days or less.
- Please note ALL refund transactions carry a 10% administration fee which will be deducted from your total refund. This covers our payment provider charges and admin time.
- Please note that deposits paid for exclusive field hire are non-refundable.
